At least two of the plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit against Woodford Transport LLC have dropped out. According to documents from Greenbrier County Circuit Court, The Irish Pub on Washington Street and Food and Friends indicated their wish to be dismissed from the action without prejudice on February 6. The Bakey remains in the case, as of that date.
