Barbara May Ratliff, 75, of White Sulphur Springs, WV, passed away Sunday, February 1, 2015, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea, WV.
Born March 28, 1939, in Greenbrier County, WV, she was a daughter of the late Hedrick William and Lucille Craft Wickline.
Barbara was of the Christian faith and was a homemaker.
Preceding her in death, other than her parents, were her husband, Walter Linwood “Wally” Ratliff; one brother, Lornald “Cubby” Wickline; and a brother-in-law, Vernon Brown.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Lee Ratliff (Sherri) of White Sulphur Springs and Roger Neal Ratliff (Angela) of Asbury, WV; grandchildren, Eric Ratliff (Theresa) of White Sulphur Springs, Kenslea Davis (Nathan) of Asbury, Gaige Ratliff (Bri) of Kansas, Eric Shaver of Ronceverte, WV, Joshua Fox (Maria) of Spanaway, WA, Justin Steidley of Clintonville, WV, and Ryan Steidley of Asbury; seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mona Brown and Norma Rock, both of White Sulphur Springs.
Funeral services will be conducted at Shanklin Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs at 1 PM on Friday, February 6, 2015, with Bishop Jeremiah Troyer and her nephew, Gary Brown, officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens in Lewisburg, WV.
Visitation will be on Thursday, February 5, from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Ratliff, Roger Ratliff, Gaige Ratliff, Eric Ratliff, Gary Brown, and David Brown.
Shanklin Funeral Home is serving the family.
