The first meeting of the Greenbrier County Board of Education for 2015 began with wishing fellow board member Stephen Baldwin a happy birthday. The celebratory mood continued with a formal welcoming of TAG Studio and Aerospace Specialties as the two newest members of the West Virginia Education Alliance Partners in Education Program at Greenbrier East High School.
