West Virginia Division of Highways, along with the State Fair of West Virginia, will hold an informational workshop public meeting on Wednesday, January 14, in the West Virginia University Building at the State Fair of West Virginia. The purpose of this meeting is to update the public on the proposed pedestrian underpass to be constructed under U.S. Route 219 South.
