A Rupert woman has pled guilty to two possession counts with intent to deliver both oxycodone and oxymorphone. Carolyn Sue Smith, 58, was originally charged with five separate counts involving possession or delivery of controlled substances, but three of the charges were dropped after Smith submitted guilty pleas for two in February of 2014.
