An elder abuse case unfolding out of Monroe County has come to a just end. Betty B. Brown, a former vice president of First National Bank of Peterstown, was found guilty early this month by a Monroe County Circuit Court jury of fraud, conversion, injust enrichment and breach of fiduciary duty.
