A man charged with one felony count of operating a meth lab and exposure of children to meth manufacturing has been sentenced. Anthony Alan Bevins of Rupert pled guilty to one count of the felony offense of manufacturing a controlled substance. Jeffrey Andrew Boothe was arrested along with Bevins and was charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab.
