It took some physical play, some fast break buckets and a big night from Lexi Tincher for the Greenbrier East Lady Spartans to hold off the Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers 68-57 on Saturday afternoon, December 6, at the Spartan gym in Fairlea.
