Efrosiny “Gladys” Cazak, a resident of White Sulphur Springs, WV, for 84 years, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2014, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
Born on October 24, 1929, in White Sulphur Springs, she was a daughter of the late Peter C. and Mary Gabriel Cazak.
Mrs. Cazak was baptized in the Greek Orthodox faith. She was retired from C & P Telephone Company, where she worked 30 years and six months. Mrs. Cazak was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Preceding her in death other than her parents were two brothers, John, who passed away in 1981, and Gus, who passed away in 2002. She was the last surviving member of her family.
Surviving is her best friend and caregiver, Linda Kothe of White Sulphur Springs.
Her funeral service will be conducted Sunday, October 26, 2014, at 2 PM in the chapel of Shanklin Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in White Sulphur Springs.
