In the past year, the prevalence of obesity increased from 32.4 percent to 33.8 percent of adults in the state of West Virginia. The Greater Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the WVU Center of Excellence in Women’s Health to offer any and all women in the chamber to attend or become a sponsor for the fourth annual Women on Wellness Retreat coming up at the Rainelle Elementary School in November to address and offer ways to change these statistics in women.
