Attorney General Patrick Morrisey has announced that the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office recently filed a complaint against Broyles-McGuire Funeral Home LLC and its owner, Joel L. McGuire, for allegedly violating the state’s Preneed Act and Consumer Credit ad Protection Act.
