A second arrest has been made on Saturday, Dec. 19, in connection with the case against Nathan Forest Wilson, of Monroe Street North in Alderson. Raeann Wright, who resides at the same address as Wilson, has been charged with one county of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
According to a statement released by the Alderson Police Department, “Ms. Wright was arraigned before Greenbrier County Magistrate Tim Stover and placed on a $4,000 bond. Ms. Wright posted bond and is awaiting trial.”
The Alderson Police Department, along with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department, the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources Police and the West Virginia State Police originally executed a search warrant at the residence of Wilson and Wright on Wednesday, Dec. 2.
As previously reported by the West Virginia Daily News, the criminal complaint indicated that, throughout the course of their search, officers from the various law enforcement agencies discovered 17.47 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 7.5 grams of cocaine, several pills of varying nature, two sets of digital scales, packaging materials, alleged drug-sales ledgers and $538 in cash.
The complaint further states that a 38 caliber revolver was also found in the home. All items have been seized as evidence by the authorities.
Wilson was previously indicted in Greenbrier County on charges of breaking and entering of an automobile, grand larceny, four counts of forgery of a credit card and two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery of a credit card. Wilson also has prior felony convictions for delivery of a schedule 1 controlled substance.
