The Lewisburg Indoor Farmers market opens today, Saturday Nov 14 for the winter 20-21 season. It is open from 8 – noon on Saturdays until Spring at the Gus Douglas Building at the WV State Fairgrounds.
They have some familiar favorites as well as some new vendors including: Blue Moon Bagels (bagels, muffins and more), Mt Harmony Farm (pork), Sloping Acres (veggies, jams, wovens), Mountain Sugar & Spice (honey), Fresh Flours Bakery (pies, granola, etc), 3 Anchors Honey, Dry Creek Farm (CBD oil), Taste of Heaven Bakery, Jumping Branch Pottery, Arbaugh Farm (cornmeal, grits, etc).
“It’s wonderful to be able to offer Greenbrier Valley residents products that are handmade or local grown throughout the winter.” said Frank Tuckwiller, President of the Farmer’s Market. “We’ve put a lot of effort in our health safety policies so folks can enjoy the market as usual while still observing social distancing and COVID safety policies.”
The organizers encourage everyone to wear a mask and enter on the North side of the building (covered porch side).
