Big Draft Brewing to hold host of fall and holiday events

Big Draft Brewing Company has a full slate of activities on deck for this fall and early winter.

October highlights will include the White Sulphur Springs Beer and Beef Dinner on Thursday, Oct. 27. The dinner will be presented at The Schoolhouse Hotel in partnership with Big Draft Brewing and Mountain Steer Meat Company.

The dinner highlights some of White Sulphur Springs’ newest businesses for an evening of delicious local fare.

This five-course beer pairing dinner will feature local, grain-finished beef from Mountain Steer Meat Company prepared by executive chef Jesus Vazquez from The Schoolhouse Hotel and executive chef Hunter Sabbag from Big Draft Brewing.

Brewmaster J.W. Groseclose has thoughtfully paired each course with a tasting from Big Draft Brewing’s artfully crafted beer selection. Seating is limited. To register, please contact The Schoolhouse Hotel.

Also up this month is a screening of the cult-classic film “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.”

Big Draft expects full audience particip – ation as the movie screens, so dress up as your favorite character, throw some toast, and get ready to do the time warp again.
