Artist Karen Cohen has painted another fire hydrant adjacent to the West Virginia Daily News on the corner of Court and Foster streets in downtown Lewisburg.
Her work, “The Clown,” is dedicated to the memory of Chally Erb, a larger-than-life artist who passed away from ALS in 2019.
