LEWISBURG (WVDN) – Downtown Lewisburg is set to welcome fall during First Fridays After 5.

Attendees are invited to enjoy new art, find awesome shopping, and savor delicious food. Everyone is invited to this free event.

Don’t miss the last performance of the summer – -enjoy local duet Country Blue as they perform in the city Green Space, weather permitting, from 5-8 p.m.

Edith’s Store will offer samples of the Pumpkin Seed Cinnamon Almond Keto Nut & Seed Bar. The perfect blend of fall flavors, crunchy and delicious, this not-too-sweet treat is powered by six grams of plant-based protein and keto-friendly fats.

Mountain Mamma has all new fall and winter items, with deep discounts in the thrift area of the store.

The Shoe Box is showing all their final summer markdowns and new fall arrivals with a buy more save more event.

Fall in love with the fresh crisp West Virginia landscapes of local artist Dara Vance. Vance, the owner of CountySeat Arts is exhibiting her work for the first time in West Virginia. Meet the artist from 6-8 p.m. and enjoy the work of other local artists including Kelsie Tyson, Karen Cohen, Jess Levine, Dylan Brown, and Lyndsay Toney.

The Greenbrier Valley Visitors Center invites you to stop by to view two Art in the Valley openings. Local artist John Telisko, well known for his landscape and history pieces, will be featured in the gallery with an exquisite collection of oil paintings. The Greenbrier Valley Woodturners show will continue in the art alcove with a variety of hand turned creations. Stop by to meet the artists and view their unique shows. Toe-tapping music will be provided throughout the evening by G.R.O.U.P (Greenbrier River Optimistic Ukulele Players), and members of the Alderson Quilt Guild will be on hand to sell tickets for their 2022 raffle quilt, Mountain Maze.
