WILLIAMSBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) – The Williamsburg Community Fair will take place on Saturday, July 30, and Cody Wickline will be performing.
Wickline is a country music singer from the mountains of West Virginia. His grandfather, a coal miner, taught Wickline about the classics like Waylon Jennings and George Jones. In 2015 he was a contestant on the popular TV show “The Voice,” where he received what is known as a four-chair turn from the coaches on the show.
He continues to play around the country and internationally, bringing his soulful traditional country and southern rock edge to venues around the globe.
Wickline will take the stage at the fair from 1:30-3 p.m.
Other entertainers to enjoy are Lou Maiur square dance caller with Mud Hole Control Band, Karen McKay, Richie Holiday and Fallen Rock.
