The town of Rupert will observe Halloween Trick-or-Treat on Saturday, Oct. 30, from 6-8 p.m.
All children 12 and under may participate.
For those who wish to hand out treats, make sure your porch light is on. Trick-or-Treating is not allowed at homes that do not have a porch light turned on.
In addition to Trick-or-Treat, The Marvel Center, located on the grounds of the former Rupert Elementary School at 138 Cranberry Avenue, will host a Trunk-or-Treat on Friday, Oct. 29, from 6-8 p.m.
Rupert Police Chief Chuck Burkhamer stated that officers will be out patrolling on both evenings to make sure the events are safe for everyone.
