In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Marlene Shipley and Nelson Wilkins; and his in-laws, Wilbur and Hazel Morgan.

Survivors include his devoted wife of fifty-seven years, Kathy Sue Morgan Wilkins; his son, Tony Allen Wilkins Sr. (Hannah Thompson); his brother, Barry Wilkins (Nancy); his sister, Patsy Delawder (Merl); brothers-in-law, Percy “Buddy” Morgan (Ronnie) and Leslie Morgan (Cora); sister-in-law, Sharon Wilkins; grandchildren, Tony Allen Wilkins Jr. (Karleigh) and Desiree Wilkins (Matt Blackburn); step-grandson, Easton Workman; great-grandchildren, Mary Hintersteiner, Emma Brooks, and Conner Brooks; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many cherished friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Rhema Christian Center, with Pastor Stewart Farley, Pastor Lewie Moyer, and Pastor Kenny Baker officiating.
