MADISON, N.J. (WVDN) – Real Estate Limited, a full-service real estate brokerage serving the heart of West Virginia from its office in Summersville, is the latest firm to affiliate with the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate brand.

The firm, now doing business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kris & Co., has served residents of the Mountain State for over 35 years, most recently under the leadership of broker/owner Kris Lilly, who purchased the firm in 2019. Lilly has worked in West Virginia real estate since 2004, first as an agent, and now as both a producer and a leader. In the past decade, she has held roles within the Fayette-Nicholas Board of REALTORS® and West Virginia Association of REALTORS (WVAR), which, combined with her numerous glowing client reviews, have further helped her create a network of real estate professionals that extends throughout the state and includes Josh McGrath, the most recent Past President of WVAR, and fellow Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate affiliated broker.

Under Lilly’s leadership, the firm has developed a significant foothold in Nicholas, Fayette, and Raleigh counties in particular. Here, Lilly and her affiliated agents are able to provide residents with specialized service in residential and commercial real estate, as well as land transactions.

Prior to discussing a possible affiliation with McGrath and the other members of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand, Lilly was already a fan of the BHGRE® branding and business philosophy. Much of her business is built upon relationship-building and providing clients with the tools they need to discover the perfect home that fits their lifestyle in Central West Virginia. After digging deeper into the resources available via the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand, she realized that an affiliation fit perfectly within the plans and aspirations she already had for her business. Most notably, the support of the network would provide Lilly with extra bandwidth to mentor new agents and offer more personalized assistance to existing ones.

Quotes:

“Kris and her affiliated agents have done a fantastic job at carving out their own niche and expertly serving their region of West Virginia. As more and more people move into the state to discover its natural beauty and unique ways of living, we want to further support companies continuing to serve this new influx of residents. We’re incredibly proud to be the brand that helps move Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kris & Co. into the future, and we’re even more proud to further cement this brokerage as the go-to resource for new residents seeking help finding their dream homes in West Virginia.”

– Ginger Wilcox, President, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC

“Real estate has never just been my career – it’s been my passion. I truly take pride in helping clients, family, and friends find their dream homes and take the next step in their lives. For that reason, my mission was to build a company that values the human aspect of the business as much as I do. When I looked for a brand that could help us elevate our firm without sacrificing that identity, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate immediately jumped out. My affiliated agents and I are in love with the branding and the resources, but most importantly, we’re in love with the fact that the BHGRE® brand represents the same, human-focused things we do.”

– Kris Lilly, Broker/Owner, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kris & Co.
