The firm, now doing business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kris & Co., has served residents of the Mountain State for over 35 years, most recently under the leadership of broker/owner Kris Lilly, who purchased the firm in 2019. Lilly has worked in West Virginia real estate since 2004, first as an agent, and now as both a producer and a leader. In the past decade, she has held roles within the Fayette-Nicholas Board of REALTORS® and West Virginia Association of REALTORS (WVAR), which, combined with her numerous glowing client reviews, have further helped her create a network of real estate professionals that extends throughout the state and includes Josh McGrath, the most recent Past President of WVAR, and fellow Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate affiliated broker.
