The Ed Robinson Lifetime Achievement Presidential Award Winner is West Virginia’s 26th State Treasurer and WVU Tech alumni Larry Pack. Pack was elected as the state treasurer in 2024. A lifelong West Virginian, he was raised in eastern Kanawha County and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tech. Pack and his wife, Lisa, live in Charleston and have six children and four grandchildren.

Kaci H. Foster is this year’s TGBAA Outstanding Alumni Award winner. She has served on TGBAA Board of Directors since 2013 and currently serves as its first vice president. She is actively involved in TGBAA activities and supports past and present Golden Bears through the TGBAA Mentorship Program and other initiatives.

This year’s Golden Bear Empowerment Faculty Award winner is Jemma Cook, Ph.D. Cook is a psychologist and behavior analyst whose academic training began at West Virginia University, where she earned her undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees in psychology with an emphasis in behavior analysis.
