Charleston, W.Va. – WV Secretary of State Kris Warner was the keynote speaker today for the “Praise, Remembrance, and Blessing for the Miners of West Virginia” ceremony held at the State Capitol rotunda.
The ceremony was hosted by the WV Coal Association and Greenbrier Smokeless Mining Company in Rupert, West Virginia.
