BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. (WVDN) – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is pleased to announce that nine of its attorneys have been promoted, seven to Member and two to Of Counsel, effective January 1, 2026.

Perry Cavender focuses on drafting title opinions for oil and gas interests in the Appalachian Basin, identifying issues in title, as well as determining ownership of oil and gas interests and leasehold interests. She applies her detail-oriented approach and provides practical insight which she’s gained from her experience in the energy industry to the clients she works with.

Christopher R. Lollis defends cases at all levels of litigation and before multiple courts and arbitrators.
