GREENBRIER COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITIONS FOR DEMOLITION ORDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Commission will conduct public hearings on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in the Greenbrier County Commission Courtroom located at 912 Court Street N, Lewisburg, West Virginia beginning at 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. Under consideration during the hearings will be Petition by the Greenbrier County Building Code Official on the basis of the protection of public health and safety under W.Va. Code §7-1-3kk for the demolition of previously condemned structures on the following properties in Greenbrier County, West Virginia:

6184 Seneca Trail South, Ronceverte, WV 24970 (Parcel Id #8-10-5); 8559 Midland Trail West, Rupert, WV 25984 (Parcel Id#11-55S-11); 7996 Midland Trail West, Rupert, WV 25984 (Parcel Id# 11-55-33); 436 School Street, Quinwood, WV 25981 (Parcel Id#11-22P-6); 876 Marfrance Road, Quinwood, WV 25981 (Parcel Id#11-23N-15)

Each property has been inspected and notice of condemnation posted on site. The owners and/or lienholders associated with the above-listed properties may wish to appear and be heard at the hearing to protect their interests. The Petitions are available at the Greenbrier County Courthouse for inspection. For further information contact the Planning & Permits Office at: 304-647-6687.
