The City of Lewisburg Historic Landmark Commission will meet on Monday, September 8, at 5 p.m., in the Paul R. Cootey Council Chambers, to hear the following applications.

1. Call to order.

2. James C. Morgan Jr., 140 Oak Street, install a Sun Setter retractable awning over the existing deck and install a 22×60 fountain

3. Christy Hughart, 2122 Washington Street East, Addition Plan rendering.

4. Chris and Sydney Stevens, 848 8 Court Street North, Installation of sign

5. Villa Land Company LLC, 783 Jefferson Street, Generator Installation

6. Approval of the August 11, 2025, meeting

7. Comments from the Public

8. Comments from the Planning and Zoning Officer

9. Comments from the Commissioners

10. Adjournment

The next scheduled Lewisburg Historic Landmarks meeting will be held on Monday, October 6, at 5 p.m., with a deadline of Tuesday, September 16, at 10 a.m.
