You will take notice that ELIZABETH WICKLINE, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2024-C-000396, located in WILLIAMSBURG District, 108.32 AC (CONS 6 TRACTS) 1/2 INT IN MIN TO PENN M which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of GARRISON ANTHONY S, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of GREENBRIER County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 22, 2025. ELIZABETH WICKLINE requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after January 1, 2026, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before December 31, 2025 will be as follows:
