Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of August, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter can be heard, Petitioner, Stacy Nicole Hammons, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Patrick I. Via for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name and the names of her five minor children. Any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
