It appearing by petition and affidavit filed in this action that Samantha Williams is the mother of M.G., Jr. and M.G. the minors who are the subject of this action, and that Petitioner knows not her residence nor whereabouts. Therefore, it is the purpose of this publication to provide notice to said Respondent that a hearing shall be held on the “Petition for Appointment of Guardian for the Minors” in the Family Court of Greenbrier County on August 28, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. before the Greenbrier County Family Court Judge at his courtroom located in the Greenbrier County Courthouse, Lewisburg, West Virginia, and that you may be present at said hearing should you so desire. Please be advised that the hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication and further that if you wish you may serve upon Leah M. Smith, attorney for the Petitioner, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the “Petition for Appointment of Guardian for the Minors” filed in this action within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice at 125 Green Lane, Lewisburg, WV 24901. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the Circuit Clerk at her office located at 912 Court Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901. If you fail to answer said petition or appear at the hearing please be advised that judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
