CHARLESTON W.Va. (WVDN) – The West Virginia State Auditor’s Office has identified and responded to a technical issue affecting monthly benefit payments to retirees. As a result, some retirees may see a delay in their direct deposits or receipts of paper checks.
Direct deposits are expected to be posted by June 25. Paper checks will be mailed by June 24.
The Auditor’s Office is working with its partners to ensure the issue is fully resolved and does not reoccur.
