FAIRLEA- The Greenbrier East Lady Spartans softball team recently placed two girls on the Class AAA all-state softball teams that were released early Wednesday morning.

Sophomore Reagan Cline was selected to the second team after a tremendous season and a big stat line that saw her hit .548 with four home runs and 25 RBIs. She also led the team with eight triples and 37 stolen bases and knocked out seven doubles as well. Her defensive play in centerfield and speed on the basepaths made her an instant threat to opponents.

Ally Martin capped her final season and was named honorable mention. The graduated senior hit .457 with three homers and 32 runs batted in. She also tied for the team lead with eight doubles. Martin will head to the University of Charleston Beckley campus this fall.
