RUPERT W.Va. (WVDN) – The Rupert Public Library held its quilt Show on May 31. The following were the People’s Choice winners:
The first-place blue ribbon was awarded to Spunky Spinks.
The second-place red ribbon was awarded to Donna Richmond.
The third-place white ribbon was awarded to Sarah Atwell.
Special thanks is given to Sherry Phipps for organizing the games and door prizes for the reception.
