The object of the above-named suit is for approval of a proposed wrongful death settlement pursuant to W.Va. Code § 55-7-7. A settlement has been reached with PrimeCare Medical, Inc.
TO ANY SURVIVING SPOUSE AND CHILDREN, INCLUDING ADOPTED CHILDREN AND STEPCHILDREN, BROTHERS, SISTERS, PARENTS AND ANY PERSONS WHO WERE FINANCIALLY DEPENDENT UPON RICKEY JOHNSON AT THE TIME OF HIS DEATH OR WOULD OTHERWISE BE EQUITABLY ENTITLED TO SHARE IN SUCH DISTRIBUTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
– Sandra L. Stevens, Mother
– Glen VanBuren, Father
– Minor Child N.V., Daughter
– Minor Child B.V., Daughter
– Minor Child S.S., Son
– Julie VanBuren, Wife
– Tabitha Withrow, Sister
– Megan VanBuren, Sister
It is hereby ordered that any such person falling under the above categories are hereby NOTIFIED of the Wrongful Death Settlement Hearing scheduled for June 11, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., located at the Robert C. Byrd United States Courthouse, 300 Virginia St E #2400, Charleston, WV 25301, before the Honorable Frank W. Volk.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
