The United Way of Greenbrier Valley Announces Final Fundraiser for Campaign Year 2024/25 with Live Performance by Lillie King

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS W.Va. (WVDN) — The United Way of Greenbrier Valley is thrilled to announce its final fundraiser of their 2024/25 Campaign Year; and trust them, you won’t want to miss this celebration!

Everyone is welcome to join the festivities on Wednesday, April 30, at 4:30 p.m. at beautiful Valley View Country Club in White Sulphur Springs, for an unforgettable afternoon featuring a live performance by local favorite, Lillie King, whose talent and energy are sure to light up your day. There’s no better way to shake up the work week than with awesome entertainment and great company for a wonderful cause.

This mid-week celebration will also feature:

An open bar

Delicious hors d’oeuvres

A live auction showcasing hospitality packages valued at over $8,000.

All proceeds from the event directly benefit the United Way of Greenbrier Valley and their 32 partner agencies doing vital work across the region. “This is more than just a fundraiser. It’s a celebration of the spirit and generosity that define our community,” states United Way executive director, Lauren Rainier.

This special event is part of a full day of fun, including a golf tournament beginning at noon. “Whether you are a golf enthusiast, or a casual player, or looking for a fun way to spend Wednesday afternoon, this is where you need to be,” adds Rainier.
