LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVDN) — The West Virginia Sustainable Fashion Show returns to the Lewis Theater on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 5 p.m. This annual celebration of ingenuity and style showcases wearable creativity by Appalachian designers reimagining fashion through the lens of sustainability and resourcefulness.
This year’s theme, Foraging, features designers who have crafted their looks using natural, found, or secondhand materials. This honors Appalachian traditions while showcasing modern eco-chic innovation. From wild-gathered elements to upcycled fabrics, the runway will feature designs with a message of environmental stewardship.
