Ann Bostic Boone
Ann Bostic Boone, 65, of Lewisburg, formerly of Ronceverte, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at CAMC General Hospital in Charleston, following a sudden illness.
She was born April 11, 1959, in Ronceverte and was the daughter of the late Donald Gray and Mary Edith Whitt Bostic, Sr.
Ann had worked in the clerical department in the medical industry. She was a member of McLean Presbyterian Church and the Ronceverte Presbyterian Church, where she was a deacon and elder and choir member. Ann was a driving force in the Ministerial Association’s Food Bank.
Other than her parents, Ann was preceded in death by an infant sister, Mary Faith Bostic; her brother, Michael Dale Bostic; and a very special close friend, Wayne King.
Ann is survived by her husband of 27 years, Donald L. Boone, Jr.; sons, Aaron Boone of Lewisburg, Chris Boone (Misty) of Ronceverte and Jimmy Boone (Kara) of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Austin Boone (Tori), Jamie Boone (Abby), Kaitlyn Boone, Jenson Brown (Abby), Bailey McCoy (Kyle), Mackenzie Frese (Ethan), and Linsey Boone, Juddson Boone, Riley Boone, Asher McCoy, Emerson Gravely, Trey Boone, and Colson and Owen Brown; great-granddaughter, Remi Grace Frese; sister, Lean Ann Johnson (Jeremie) of Florida; brothers, Donald “Spike” Bostic, Jr., of White Sulphur Springs, Carl Bostic of Ronceverte, and L.J. Robinson (Ashley) of Second Creek; sister-in-law, Connie Bostic Wilson; nieces and nephew on Bostic side, Mason Bostic, Chris Bostic, Kontessa Bostic, Kara Bostic, Drew Robinson (Destiny), Logan Robinson and Nick Johnson; Boone family in-laws, Mike Boone (Cathy), Steve Boone (Debbie), and Amy Boone McClure (Greg Surber); nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and -nephews, Becky Lane (Corey), Joey Boone (Kelly), Jason Boone (Sharon), Morgan White (Warren), Ava, Brent and William, Porter Lane, Callum Lane, Ethan Boone, Emory Boone, Emilia Boone, Madison Staley (David), Cameron Boone (Laney), Oakley Staley, Tucker Cutlip, Jake Cutlip, and Mellee Faith Boone.
Ann has donated herself to WVSOM Human Gift Registry in Lewisburg to aid future Doctors in their education.
A celebration of life in honor of Ann will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 3 p.m. at the Ronceverte Presbyterian Church in Ronceverte with Rev. Stephen Baldwin officiating.
The family will receive family and friends from 2 p.m. until time of services at the church on Saturday, March 29, 2025.
