The Greenbrier County Grand Jury met for an April session delivered indictments on charges of grand larceny, assault, driving under the influence, strangulation and other charges.
The grand jury handed up the following indictments:
Christopher Allen Reed, 29, Rainelle, W.Va., breaking and entering (x3) and petit larceny;
Derrick Adkins, 28, Rainelle, W.Va., breaking and entering (x3) and petit larceny;
Daron G. Allen, Lewisburg, W.Va., 55, escape;
Erin Willey Ambler, 41, Pence Springs, W.Va., shoplifting – third or subsequent offense;
Charles C. Arbaugh, 31, Alderson, W.Va., grand larceny;
Levi Michael Arnold, 27, Rupert, W.Va., grand larceny, driving revoked for driving under the influence – third or subsequent offense, attempted grand larceny, prohibited person in possession of a firearm;
Larry Sherman Ayers, 49, Charmco, W.Va., burglary, grand larceny, fleeing from an officer while driving under the influence of a controlled substance, reckless fleeing from an officer, destruction of property, attempt to disarm an officer, obstructing an officer, battery on a law enforcement officer;
Gary Ray Blankenship, 34, Ronceverte, W.Va., escape;
Michael Shawn Bostic, 30, White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., child abuse resulting in bodily injury;
James Carl Burr, III, 65, White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., sexual assault in the second degree (x3), sexual abuse in the first degree;
