GREENBRIER COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – Greenbrier County Sheriff Bart Baker is proud to announce that on March 10, several members of the Sheriff’s Office were recognized for promotions and awards.
Sergeant Travis Webber, a 14-year department veteran, was promoted to Lieutenant and took over as C shift commander.
Corporal Desiree Vaught, a 6-year department veteran, was promoted to Sergeant.
Corporal Tyler Hyatt, a 4 year department veteran, was recognized for his hard work as Deputy of the Quarter.
Captain Brian Baker was recognized for his 25 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Greenbrier County. Captain Baker began his career in 1996 for Ronceverte Police Department, having a total of 29 years serving.
Sheriff Baker said, “The citizens of Greenbrier County and I are very fortunate to have these men and women serving as deputy sheriffs. I am very proud of all of my deputies, they work hard every day to serve and protect the citizens and visitors to Greenbrier County.”
