FRANKFORD W.Va. (WVDN) – Neva Boggs is turning 80 and her family is having her a birthday celebration on Feb. 22 from 2 to 4 p.m. The event will take place at the fellowship hall of the Enon Baptist Church on Vago Road in Frankford.
