LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – THURSDAY, JANUARY 16: STRING BEINGS – Second Stage Performance on Thursday, January 16, at 7 p.m. featuring the String Beings, the family group of Erica and Paolo Marks. Playing classical, folk, and original music, their repertoire includes Mozart and Haydn string quartets, arrangements of movie and pop songs, and tunes that they have written and arranged. The Second Stage Series takes place in the Old Stone Room and is first come first served seating. Tickets are $20/adult. Thanks to the Carnegie Cardinal Fund, Greenbrier County Students attend for free but still must reserve a seat.
SATURDAY, JANUARY 25: MORE BEETHOVEN, THE GREAT! – The Carnegie Classics Series continues in the Hamilton Auditorium with More Beethoven, The Great! featuring Barbara Nissman and special guests violinist Russell Fallstad, and cellist Samuel Magill, on Saturday, January 25, at 7 p.m. Individual performance tickets are $25/adults. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7: NATURALLY 7 – Mainstage Performance on Friday, February 7, at 7 p.m. featuring a capella group Naturally 7 in the Hamilton Auditorium. Tickets start at $35/adults and $20/student. SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8: CARNEGIE HALL ARTWALK – Join Carnegie Hall for the Carnegie Hall Artwalk on Friday, February 8, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., featuring new exhibits by Carl Gaertner, Newman Jackson, and Suzan Morgan. The event will also feature live music by John Maddy, refreshments, and a cash bar. The Carnegie Hall Artwalk is free and open to the public. (Originally scheduled for January 10)
