GREENBRIER COUNTY COMMISSION
NOTICE OF DEMOLITION ORDERS
On November 26, 2024, a duly noticed public hearing was conducted by the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia (the “Commission”) on Petitions for Demolition Orders filed by the Building Code Official of Greenbrier County, West Virginia with regard to previously condemned structures on the following properties:
316 and/or 751 Riverside Drive, Rainelle, WV (Parcel ID: 11-47R-26), 502 and/or 366 Tenth Street, Rainelle, WV (Parcel ID: 11-54P-66), 1601 and/or 133 Riverside Drive, Rainelle, WV (Parcel ID: 11-54C-48), 164 Old Pike Road, Smoot, WV (Parcel ID: 11-82-12), 131 Harper Road, Lewisburg, WV (Parcel ID: 9-14-45), 137 Coalfield Trail, Charmco, WV (Parcel ID:11-47H-74), 3380 and/or 3378 Coalfield Trail, Leslie, WV (Parcel ID: 11-31K-20), 3392 Coalfield Trail, Leslie, WV (Parcel ID: 11-31K-21), 1652 and/or 5150 Midland Trail, West, Charmco, WV (Parcel ID: 11-47H-147), 11525 and/or 15053 Midland Trail, West, Crawley, WV (Parcel ID: 11-77-62), 3482 Coalfield Trail, Leslie, WV (Parcel ID: 11-31F-97), 3742 Anthony Road, Frankford, WV (Parcel ID: 7-20C-7).
Upon conduct of the public hearings and a review of the file in each matter, the Commission determined that the condition of the condemned structures located on each of the properties poses a hazard to public health and safety, and therefore, in accordance with W.Va. Code §7-1-3kk issued a Demolition Order for each of the properties, a copy of which will be posted on the property, and which may be requested via email: Mary.Ingles@Greenbriercounty.net or reviewed in person at the Greenbrier County Courthouse, 912 Court Street N, Lewisburg, WV.
