NOTICE
The White Sulphur Springs Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 9, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. to review the following two petitions.
Lynell Braught’s Petition to acknowledge Dry Creek Farms as a “Heritage Farm” in the City of White Sulphur Springs; and
The SHWV Acquisition LLC’s, the current owner of the Schoolhouse Hotel, Petition to request the City of White Sulphur Springs adopt an ordinance to abandon the 3,676 square feet portion of Schoolhouse Way illustrated on Exhibit A and to authorize the Mayor of the City of White Sulphur Springs to execute a quitclaim deed conveying all of the City’s right, title, and interest in the abandoned portion of Schoolhouse Way to SHWV.
