FAIRLEA- For the second week in a row, Greenbrier East’s Don Don Penn has been named the West Virginia Daily News ‘Football Friday’ player of the week after his team’s hard-nosed victory over Summers County.
Penn had two catches for 72 yards and both grabs went for touchdowns. He also had an 8-yard TD run late in the game to help extend the Spartans lead.
This season, Penn has five catches on the year, and they have all gone for scores.
