CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WVDN) — Gov. Jim Justice today announced the appointment of Raymond “Joe” Funkhouser to the 98th District in the House of Delegates, representing a portion of Jefferson County. Funkhouser will fill the seat previously held by Paul Espinosa.
