GREENBRIER COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – On Friday, Nov. 8, the Greenbrier County Community Educational Outreach Service (CEOS) met at the Rupert Community Center for their yearly Fall Fun Day and County Council meeting.

CEOS members are looking forward to next year’s events which include holding a summer picnic, making bee baths, learning about wellness, doing service activities and hosting several events for their community.

County President, Linda Spencer, installed the officers for 2025. Linda Spencer, president; Laura Ann Tiller, vice-president; Lois McCutcheon, secretary; and Lucy Bell, treasurer.

Representatives said, “We were delighted to have Connie Crowe come and show us how to make gnomes using socks.” Those present went home with a new friend.

The day ended by sharing a covered dish meal.
