FAIRLEA- Keshawn Bland has been voted the West Virginia Daily News ‘Football Friday’ player of the week for the opening week of 2024.
Bland recovered the final Riverside fumble on a kick return to help the Spartans hold on for a victory. On top of that, he was all over the field on defense and kept the Warriors offense from breaking the game open. In the first half, he was around the ball on what seemed like every play and made a couple huge hits on Warrior ball carriers.
