Presenting the “Gamechanger Award” will be Bobby and CeCe Brown, renowned advocates for addiction recovery. Other esteemed speakers will include Ruth Tindal and Nichole Wazelle, state-certified Peer Recovery Support Specialists; and Rachel Thaxton, the assistant director of the ODCP.
