White Sulphur Springs City Council held their regular meeting for October one day late on Tuesday, October 15, due to the holiday on Monday.
Signed in to speak after the approval of minutes and financial statements was Robert O’Brien – and his dog, Ruger, who came to address the council about the chance to get off-leash in the city and still obey the law.
