GREENBRIER COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – Dana Shay, 36, allegedly a manager at China Palace in Lewisburg, was arrested by the U.S. Marshall Service and booked into Southern Regional Jail yesterday (August 18), according to the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Shay is listed as having no bond.
