Betty Ellen Hoylman, 83, of Fairlea, WV, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018, at Peyton Hospice House in Lewisburg, WV.
She was born October 14, 1934, on Muddy Creek Mountain, a daughter of Clarence and Blanche Cutlip Falls.
Betty was a cashier for Farmer Mac’s in Lewisburg, was of the Methodist faith, loved gardening, quilting, and cooking.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don Leonard Hoylman in 2010; one sister; and four brothers.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen Leigh Hoylman of Ronceverte, WV, and Melissa Ann Hoylman and husband, Brian Ingersoll, of Huntersville, NC; grandchildren, Travis Broyles and Kristi Newman and husband, Scott; great-grandchildren, Carson Broyles, Elijah Sherman, Matthew Sherman, Byron Brewster, Madeline Brewster, and Ainslee Newman; also surviving is a brother, Gene Falls, of Carolina Shores, NC.
Betty especially enjoyed time spent with Elijah, Matthew, Byron and Madeline during her time of illness.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, October 6, 2018, at Greenbrier Memorial Gardens in Lewisburg.
There will be no evening visitation.
