GREENBRIER COUNTY W.Va. (WVDN) – The Greenbrier County Grand Jury returned the following list of indictments in February 2024:

Christopher Landis, 28, Ronceverte, Forgery X2 and Uttering X2.

James Malcomb, 49, Rainelle, Prohibited person in possession of a firearm, Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance – heroin.

Charles Stanley II, 34, Ronceverte, Grand Larceny.

Garland Shortidge, 68, Rainelle, Burglary.

Jody Bales, 54, Quinwood, Burglary, Petit Larceny.

Taylor Hardiman, 24, White Sulphur Springs, Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance – methamphetamine.

Hailliee Burdette, 24, Buckeye, Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance – methamphetamine.

Calvin Clere, 27, Ronceverte, Delivery of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, Gross neglect of a child resulting in substantial risk of serious bodily injury or death X3.

Kayla Seldomridge, 36, Ronceverte, Gross neglect of a child resulting in substantial risk of serious bodily injury or death X3.

Drew McGuire, 34, Sinks Grove, Malicious assault.

Calvin Clere, 27, Winifrede, Escape.

Shane Dolin, 25, White Sulphur Springs, Death of a child by a parent by child abuse.

Jarret Hoke, 36, White Sulphur Springs, Escape.

Chasity Elam, 37, Rainelle, Fraudulent use of an access device X7.
